As described, no issues at all. It’s a tiny little place, my tall husband felt like a giant. The couch is a futon and probably better as a sleeping spot for a smaller child (or not at all). My middle schooler was a bit oversized. But it worked for what we needed for a night. Cute place, very clean. Very reasonable on price and much better than an equivalently priced hotel room. Quiet neighborhood. We never saw a soul.

Honey and welcoming! Questions answered about rental quickly and always offered assistance if needed. Great selection of wall art and decor; perfect for us and if we ever need to stay again in the area this our choice!

Hard to find quality rooms in town beyond the union hotel. This had alllll the amenities, close to campus, shopping, and the square. Great value….. I just wish we had found it sooner!
