The apartment is so cute and charming and gives very island vibes. The layout is spacious. The balcony and views are unmatched. Very very peaceful place. The bed is comfortable, AC and hot water work perfectly. It was very very clean. The beach next door (mahogany beach) is very convenient, they have water sports , jet skis , drinks, food , music, shaded lounge chairs , and life guards, as well as a lovely stream that runs from the river into the sea. Highly recommend walking over and checking it out . Also in very close proximity to some great restaurants, shops, and other beaches, rivers and waterfalls. Security at the gate was friendly and I felt very safe . We didn’t really use the kitchen but I checked it out and it is fully equipped with everything you could need and extremely clean. Would definitely come back . If you’re on the edge of whether to book this place or not, I would definitely say you should book it, you won’t be disappointed!

Susan place was just what we needed. The attendants, security and airbnb maintenance, were attentive and accomadating. The Space was fully supplied and had access to cleaning supplies which I view as valuable for guests to upkeep in-between service days. We missed having onsite access to laundry facilities so we Thank Ms. Dawn for taking care of it for us. We didnt have much need for AC as the 3 fans were enough to comfortably circulate the tropical climate air. The patio was a favourite place to relax and vibe with nature, family and friends. I 100% recommend Susan place to one, two and all who desire an affordable, well maintained, safe, secluded yet central area to enjoy time in 🇯🇲

Highly, highly Recommend! Susan's place is amazing. The apartment is clean, comfy and spacious with amazing views. We felt very safe and secure with a security team on site. There is a beautiful beach a very short walk away which is free for Carib guests. Location is also super conveniently located next to town and several excellent local restaurants. I have stayed in Ocho Rios many times and this was by far the best!
