Overall, i had i ok stay. It’s in the good area with lots of bars, restaurants, nice coworking is in 10 min walk. Apartment was in a good condition, very light, inside were everything you need. Also no bugs were noticed in the apartment, which is rather rare in the region 😅 Downstairs there were gym, small grocery store and cheap but tasty restaurant. Communication was little hard sometimes, no house rules and host couldn’t even explain me how to turn on hot water :( Most of the problems though can be resolved super quickly by the reception, so you are not left completely alone. Some might find little noisy, especially when there are events in Maya Mall but at nights i were not bothered.

This apartment has some pros and some major cons. On the positive side, location is great, close to Maya Mall and nearby bars, restaurants and cafes. The view of the mountain is also a plus, and the bed and couch are comfortable. On the other hand, I found the cleaning of the apartment to be almost non existent prior to my arrival, there were many hairs in the sink and the shower, and no toilet paper, trash bags in the cans, or shower courtain. Towels also had some old smell on them. This made using the bathroom a very unpleasant experience during my stay. The balcony was also very dirty and the chairs were covered in some dirty nylon and practically unusable. This makes me think that no cleaning was done before my arrival. The staff at the Condo did not speak a word of english, and nor did the host (although the built in translation of airbnb helped a bit). Also, the check in process is not very well explained, and the location of the safe box is uncomfortable, behind some huge bushes, which made the process of finding and opening the safe very frustrating.
