The villa was everything that it promised to be in a great location with excellent sea views and beautiful sunsets .An added bonus it was within 25 metres of an excellent restaurant, Bambu, - well worth a visit ( or more in our case !) Surrounding area was very peaceful and safe and well maintained. Ideal for our family group spanning three generations and would revisit at the drop of a hat. Additionally, great communication with 3VILLAS staff who were attentive almost immediately to any query in a friendly and positive manner. Highly recommended in all aspects

Superbe location , on a adoré la villa , sa proximité avec le village animé , son supermarché , pas besoin de voiture . La villa est très fonctionnelle , nous avions 2 filles de 16 et de 18 ans , la grand mère et mon garçon de 7 ans , tous avions notre chambre et notre salle de bain . Le temps était mitigé mais nous avons bien profité de la piscine visuellement et également plusieurs fois par la baignade. L'emplacement est top pour visiter Minorque ! Et Binibecca VELL reste notre coup de coeur dont nous pouvions profiter tous les jours , apéro d'un soir dans des endroits idylliques , boire un café le matin , petites boutiques très sympathiques également . Bref une belle semaine dans une superbe villa . Nous avons aussi profité du barbecue plusieurs fois sur la terrasse avec une vue splendide sur la mer . Bref pas de points négatifs .

La maison était propre et confortable. Un pti pti bémol peut être sur la déco qui est inexistante. La maison est bien... mais sans charme particulier, un peu désuète.

We enjoyed our stay at 3 Villas; it was mostly as described but some small things were different - like the big snuggle seat on the roof terrace was missing, and no cushions in the living room which made it feel a little bare. This didn't drastically impact our stay, but I must say I was excited about sitting on the round seat on the roof terrace to read my book so that was a bit disappointing. When we arrived there had been a huge amount of rain, so the drains in one of the bathrooms was creating a terrible sewage smell unfortunately, however this did go away after 24 hours. The dishwasher didn't really clean properly, which resulted in me spending time cleaning out the filter, which was disgusting, and the fridge smelt very fishy. Overall, we loved the location, and the pool and space were great. A few extras would have made a huge difference; proper cleaning in the kitchen being one. The 3Villas team were very responsive and super helpful which we really appreciated. Thanks!
