This was my 2nd stay in the last few weeks and everything was just as good as my last stay. A few days before my stay, I had a change of plans and needed to extend a day on the front end. Marvin wwas very easy top work with and accomodating with my change of plans. I felt like I was in my own home for the 6 nights I was there.

Marvin's place was extremely clean, comfortable, and spacious. We stayed for a weekend with small kids and appreciated the peaceful surroundings and swing set in the back yard. It was very convenient for getting to downtown Lancaster, and was an excellent value compared with staying in a hotel.

Everything was perfect. The place was very spacious and comfortable for my wife and me. I had a good place to work while I was there. Very convenient to get to Millersville University, downtown Lancaster, and everything else I needed to do. We will definitely be coming back. Thank you for your great hospitality...and being right next to the chocolate store is a HUGE plus!!!!

Marvin was lovely and his place was great! It was easy to access by ourself, and we were able to come and go at late/early morning hours without disturbing anyone. Instructions were clear, place was clean, and Marvin was responsive. Thanks!
