Good and peaceful location with view of the river. Spacious rooms. Ideal for 6 people. Fairly clean. Deepjyoti was sweet to make lalchai for us. Hazarika was kind and polite. Suggestions: Overall need a spruce up of things to make this place even better. Provide breakfast (Swiggy/Zomato take a long time to deliver). An efficient housekeeping person for upkeep & maintenance of such a large villa would be good.

We were 6 adults (3 couples) & 1 infant (5months) - planned to watch ICC CWC World Cup Finals together with some cooking and chilling. Based on the experience we had listing out the thumbs ups & thumbs downs. 👍 Clean and spacious interiors Good vibes Sufficient toiletries 👎 Improper internet connectivity - we were using mobile hotspot for TV & work Insufficient utensils to cook food - 1 pan, 1 sauce pan available - both were very small in size Kitchen chimney not working - causing smoke in the living & dining room No breakfast essentials provided - when asked to the caretaker he denied. I guess BnB of Airbnb stands for bed & breakfast. It was a severe inconvenience it is impossible to find a restaurant offering breakfast in that location. No nearby grocery shops open either till 9:30am.

Amazing place to stay, the caretaker was really helpful. Beautiful river view from the balcony. A great place to escape from the hustle bustle of city life if time is of constraint. Highly recommended...
