Good afternoon! - I asked the owner to help me with a transfer to the hotel. I said that I am a foreigner and it is really difficult for me to find a big car for 5 people. I don't know Korean language. I live in Seoul. It is 60 km to the pension and about 2 hours by car. The owner said she couldn't help me🙅🏼‍♀️. - It was my birthday. We arrived. The host met us only after 10 minutes. We did not know where to go and who to ask about our reservation. We just waited. Then the host greeted us with a very displeased face. She didn't even say “hello” to us. it was a very embarrassing moment. I think this reaction was because we are foreigners. - I made a reservation for 5 people. But there were 4 of us. She did not return the money to me for the absence of one person. - we found a lot of black hair in the towels. I immediately wrote a message to the chat and asked to change the towels. my message was read only the next day. my request was not granted. - the pool window was dirty and stained. - the water in the jacuzzi was not clean. we had discomfort on the skin after using the jacuzzi. - I do not recommend this pension because I felt a terrible attitude towards myself and my guests. The look of the host was unfriendly and angry. She also does not speak English. - the host ignored my messages in the Airbnb chat long time and many times. She ignored my requests and pleas.
