This is a Historic 125 year old home. It is charming and very spacious home great modern kitchen. It does have some old world charm to it such as the bathrooms on 1st floor. We enjoyed our 7 days there with our family and our service dog. Nice fire pit in backyard too. Ty Lucky

The Gingerbread House far exceeded our expectations. Absolutely beautiful and plenty of room for our 8 adults, 2 young children and 2 dogs. The location was great! We walked to Forsyth Park every morning. Caitlyn always responded quickly to any questions or concerns I had. We enjoyed the back yard with the fire pit in the evenings. Coffee/breakfast at Foxy Loxy was very enjoyable. We would absolutely return to the GBH and the beautiful city of Savannah!

House was very very clean. There were 3 living room type areas. The kitchen was huge and well stocked. The house was beautifully decorated and the paint colors beautiful As a close family of 8 adults, we were able to adjust to the five beds in four bedrooms with two and a half baths. A group of seven would be most comfortable with the bedroom arrangement but for us it worked. We really enjoyed our stay in Savannah and at The Gingerbread House!

The house is AMAZING and BEAUTIFUL! I didn't know how famous it was, it is the MOST photographed house in Savannah! I found stickers with the house and prints at art shops. The decor is amazing! We did have a few minor issues, the dishwasher didn't work. They only had 2 knives and 7 forks, but we made it work. We also found dirty dishes in the cabinets and the pans needed to be cleaned. But we took care of those things so the next guest didn't have to worry :-) Note there are NO closets. Just some things I would think about if I were the owner. Provide more luggage racks. No closets = living out of suitcases. Add some bunk beds in that center room. We had a bachelorette weekend, and you could fit more people in such a large home if you had more places for them to sleep. You have a wonderful living spaces already and don't really need that room for relaxation. I would also have the store next door sell some MERCH! Stickers, glasses like the ones in the house, prints etc.

Appreciated the historic charm and the location made everything very walkable. Comfortable mattresses. Some bedrooms let in a fair amount of light at night especially since the house was illuminated. Overall it made our Savannah visit feel special.
