Brelan was helpful when a problem arose. His property manager, Betty, called me irate about accidentally leaving a door unlocked. She was very rude over the phone and wouldn’t stop saying how “disrespectful and terrible” I was as a guest over a simple mistake. The stay was fine but unfortunately after I had left Betty, somehow got my phone number and felt the responsibility to harass me and then hang up rudely. As an air bnb property manager myself this is not how guests should be treated and does not follow guidelines. I sadly will not be coming back. The home was great for what we needed. Brelan called her as soon as he found out and fixed the problem. Thank you Brelan. Great home, great host, very poor property management.

Looking for a place in the Philadelphia, MS area? Look no further. This place is peaceful and comfortable. The host even provided a shower chair for my dad. When asked a question, the host responded within an hour, usually within 20 mins! The beds are amazingly comfortable!! It’s clean and inviting. We enjoyed the sunshine from the front porch! The motion light was appreciated when we came back to the house after dark. We hope to stay again when we are in the area!

I had gotten this place for my wedding weekend and when I tell you I was so impressed about it! I loved it and everyone was so responsive if I needed any help or anything. If you book with them I’m telling you that you will love it. Everything there is just like the description describes.
