We had a great stay at John’s place. It had everything we needed for a long stay while working remote. We enjoyed going for walks and runs in the area. The hosts are really accommodating and communication throughout our stay went smooth. Would recommend!

We stayed in the annexe for 4 months while working in the area. It had everything we needed, including a washing machine with a tumble dryer and a well equipped kitchen. The bed was very comfortable and the heating worked well. You need a car if you want to stay in the picturesque village of Nether Compton, but there are shops, restaurants and a cinema only a 10 min drive away. You're also only about an hour away from the beautiful coastal towns like Lyme Regis.

The Annex is a great location and a great space for staying in the English county side. John was great and responsive. If you are looking for a great county location with the ability to experience an English village, The Annex is a great option. Quick note - be ready to go on morning walks and meet everyone.
