The location is fantastic and the space is pretty cute, but I had two big concerns. One, the space is not actually private. There is no proper wall/door blocking the room to the porch and outside, where I could see straight into the neighbors home. There are two curtains which cover some of the view? But definitely not all. I did not feel comfortable changing in the room and when I slept I could see to the neighbors window from my pillow. Maybe that isn’t a concern for other people because I haven’t seen any comments on this. Second, there is no aircon/AC. It does not list AC in the listing so I knew that, but again had not seen any concerns in previous comments around the heat. The single fan did not cut it for us, and it was pretty miserably hot. We spent as minimal time as possible in the place, and when we slept we both were sticky, hot and uncomfortable. I would not recommend this place if it’s even remotely hot outside.

I loved the place with a quiet, secluded outside area and a very spacious sleeping/living area with high ceilings. The bed was comfortable and the small fridge sufficient for the 3 nights. The hairdryer was great for my long/thick hair. Manly beach and Shelly beach are literately both a 5 minute walk away which was great. Communication with Kelly was easy and pleasant.
