Great place to stay. However, Tiles near the pool was not safe especially for kids and elders. Better if you have wifi connection as well. Thank you!

Ig-worthy place! It was worth every penny. The caretaker ate Aileen was very helpful and accommodating. The hosts were very responsive to all our questions. The place was very clean and huge. Will absolutely book again! ❤️

If you’re looking for a quiet and pristine place to stay at near Tagaytay, Viram Villa is the perfect choice. My family stayed here for a quick weekend getaway and I must say we loved every bit of it. The house is just as what is shown in the photos and as described in the description. It was squeaky clean when we arrived. All amenities were available. And the pool was just the perfect size for us. Topping it all off was the breezy weather. The only con I could mention is presence of mosquitoes inside the house. This is most probably due to the fact that there were no screen doors to prevent this. But they do have a mosquito killer provided inside. Perhaps just make sure to bring mosquito patches or repellent if you’re super kagatin like me. Lastly, Ms. Princess and Ms. Anne are both very responsive and friendly hosts. They attended to every query I had. Even the caretaker, Ate Ailene, is very nice and helpful. And for them I’m super thankful.
