Affordable and comfortable place to stay. Some amenities were dated but was fitting for our quick trip.

Just like last time, it was an amazing stay here! It's an easy to find spot with a beautiful view of the ocean, as well as only a few steps to the beach. The place was exactly as pictured, clean, and spacious. Best part was ending the day on the balcony to see the sun setting and rising. Would absolutely recommend staying here.

I was expecting more for the money spent. The entrance door to the unit needs to be upgraded. It was not very appealing when I got off the elevator to the PH. When someone says penthouse, I expect PENTHOUSE. The unit was smaller than I expected, with very little light in the bedrooms. Only light was a low light lamp. Also one of the tvs in the bedroom did not work. I must say the unit was clean and well stocked.

The location is great. One bedroom and the living room face the ocean, which is great. The place was clean. The condo looks better in pictures than in person. It looks like it was a 2 week rehab with inexpensive materials. The master sink and kitchen counter had cracks in it and the shower heads were old. Really weird 1/2 bath. The building itself is a bit tired and the area outside the 4 "penthouses" is a bit sketchy. Us three guys agreed it was fine for what we needed. A place to sleep on a guys golf trip.
