This is our 2nd time to stay in this place. Location is excellent, few minutes to Dana Point downtown with good restaurants. Strands Beach is across the street, walkable to scenic trails. The host is super friendly and responsive whenever we have questions or need help. We enjoy our stay and would love to come back here again

Erinn’s place was an absolutely outstanding! Great location across from Strand Beach. Place is exactly like the pictures. Patio off each bedroom, outside grill, beautiful kitchen with everything you could possibly need, Nespresso machine, tv’s in all bedrooms and bonus washer and dryer. Beautifully decorated. We absolutely loved staying here and can’t wait to come back. Erinn is a dream host. Don’t hesitate to book this place. You will have a beautiful vacation!

Erinn is a fantastic host- friendly, responsive and thoughtful. Lots of great things about Betty by the Beach (location, ease of access, stocked kitchen, Washer/Dryer). I would highly recommend Betty for a coastal family vacation (especially for families with children and/or dogs). However, I cannot recommend it for professionals whose jobs require video calls/busy meeting schedules. My husband, 2 dogs and I stayed here after selling our CA home and before moving out of state. We both have professional careers that require internal/external calls for much of the day. We quickly came to realize this condo is not conducive to WFH. There are no dedicated work space(s), all the appliances(washer/dryer, fish washer, microwave) are VERY loud and the lighting throughout each room was very harsh. We would happily stay here again when we come back to visit family/friends, but would not do so if we needed to work.

We had a wonderful time in the condo. It was just as we expected it, very comfortable and cosy and in the perfect area: close to the beach and in walking distance of restaurants and shops. Erinn is a perfect host, reacts and answers very quickly and helps in any respect.

We love Betty by the Beach so much! We are repeat guests. We’ve stayed in April for a month and October for a month. The space has such a good fill. The king bed is extremely comfy, and the position of the place allows for good ocean air flow between patios. Erinn is extremely easy to work with and lives locally if there are any issues. We’ve never had any. She stocks the place nicely for our month stays. The unit is located close to the pool which I love for laps, and just across from there is the ocean. Favorite feature is the walk-ability into The Lantern District for delicious meals, coffee shops, parks, and the most stunning scenery. Betty is a winner!
