This unit is a studio apartment that is a combined bedroom, living a kitchen space -- all in one! The studio also has a queen bed with a plush memory foam mattress as well as a super comfy pull out full bed couch should guests need it! Both beds are protected with water-proof mattress protectors for your peace of mind. Hillmont Hideaway guests will have their own, private, entrance accessible via smart lock technology for added security. Although the listing says that it can accommodate 4, we prefer to keep that to 2 adults and 2 children OR 3 adults maximum. Please refer to "House Rules" and "Other Details" for more information. IMPORTANT INFO — There is a small flight of stairs, about 10 steps, to get up to the unit. There is also one small step in the unit. Parking for one car off-street is available.
