Very up to date remodel and nice furnishings. Beautiful lake across the street. Nice deck. Perfect for our plans in the area.

Wonderful location on a quiet street with friendly full time neighbors. The lake access across the road is a bit confusing without property markers but both homes across the way are also rentals so not a huge deal. Also, if you’re not used to it, the well water has sulphur. It’s a smell you notice when you first open up the house but you get used to it. Having access to SUPs and kayaks is a huge plus. There isn’t a gradual spot to put in so do bring water shoes. The upper terrace area is also beautiful. Well maintained. Huge fire pit with a view of the lake. Stand out gem for this rental.

We enjoyed our weekend girls’ trip here. Nice and private, right across from the lake. Plenty of places to sleep, extra bedding, and lots of towels. Short drive to Watkins Glen and the Seneca Lake Wineries; we also took a drive to Ithaca which wasn’t too far. We liked getting to try out the paddleboards and kayak. Also make friends with the neighborhood cats that stopped by. Overall comfortable, spacious, and a good location.
