wonderful place! super clean, lovely furnishings! friendly, helpful and courteous staff. also very near the beach simple eating places and groceries. had a very relaxing stay. also enjoyed netflix. another big point is we were impressed with the use of some solar panels for electricity and emergency light. to add to this theme of helping our environment, i humbly suggest installing screen on the windows so we can open the windows and enjoy the fresh sea breeze and still be safe from mosquitoes. a big sayang to have to use the aircon at night when we are right by the sea. all in all, a very good find and we eill definitely recommend this to others. Thanks Lennie and Mark for your work of love.

Lennie and Mark’s place is walking distance to many shops and restaurants. The apartment is stocked with everything you could need for a stay in Anilao.

The unit was squeaky clean and smells good! The place was so close to the port so going to Masasa beach was convenient for us. There's a 7-11 and Alfamart nearby for your emergency needs. The hosts were responsive as well. We had an issue with the internet connection on our first night but Airbnb and the hosts were kind enough to offer a solution. Overall, a marvelous place to stay.

We loved Lennie and Mark’s place. Location was good and easy to access to most of local attractions by tricycle or bike. The staff who amazingly helpful and we were extremely happy with almost everything. Only cons were bit too noisy at night with street dogs barking and chickens. Also loud music and partying people which was understandable because it was Christmas holidays and it’s their way to celebrate holidays. Anyway we were so happy and appreciated all of their support to keep our staying happy and comfortable.

Overall, the space was tidy and comfortable. The staff was accommodating and friendly. The host was also helpful and quick to respond when we encountered a problem with the stove. The only drawback for me was when the staff informed me that basic cooking supplies, such as salt, pepper, and oil were not included in the amenities despite it being part of the listing. Fortunately, 7/11 was nearby where we were able to get other necessities. Other than that, I wouldn’t mind returning here again.
