We were a group of 7 adults and one dog who stayed for two nights. The house was so much bigger than it looked from the pictures, it was really well furnished and kitted out for a group of our size and only a 1min walk to the beach! Rachel was super fast at responding when we had questions, always friendly and super helpful. Thank you so much we would definitely come again

We really enjoyed our stay at Rachel's home. There were 4 adults, 2 teens and 2 dogs in our party and we were really well catered for. The property was well located with the beach at the end of the road and Clacton Pier just a 5 minute walk away. The property was spotlessly clean and exactly as described.

Stayed for christmas as visiting family in area. There was a christmas tree on arrival which was a lovely surprise especially as we had kids. The house was spotlessly clean with plenty of space and we would definitely recommend. The only small issue was the bins as there didnt appear to be any so was difficult to dispose of all the rubbish and a washing machine would have been nice. On the whole though was a great space in a good location and the host was very helpful
