Excellent place and exactly as described in the listing. Hosts were extremely responsive and flexible. If I had to chose a negative I would say that there is a gym below the unit and in the busy times in the morning and afternoon, you could hear weights dropping. The gym staff has put up signs asking people not o drop the weights but that doesnt stop everyone. Overall, it wasn’t an issue for me and still would rate 5 stars without hesitation. If you need a long term rental in Denver, the place is awesome, perfect location, very walkable and the staff in the building are super friendly. Highly recommend.

Colleen’s apartment is located in the perfect neighborhood in Denver to make you feel like a local. Walkable, safe, and plenty to do, I would be lucky to stay here again.

I had a wonderful month stay at Colleen’s place! It’s exactly as pictured. Very clean and comfortable. The building is very nice, safe and a wonderful location right by Commons Park. The parking is great and very easy. Next time I am back in Denver I look forward to staying again!
