The place was really nice, clean, great location. We just had a couple issues. 1. Communication- we asked for an early check in, they said they would accommodate us if they could but never got back to us. We arrived at 16:00 (stated check in time) and still didn’t have instructions on how to get in. They messaged me back quickly with them but when we got in the cleaning people were still there. So we really got in at 4:45. Not that big of a deal but when traveling with 3 kids and a dog it was inconvenient. The AC didn’t work and it was warm at night, I messaged them but they didn’t get back to me until morning and said they turn it off during off season and we could open the window but the apartment is on a busy street, it was too loud. Again not that big of a deal but lack of communication. The water heater lasted for 2 of the 5 of us to shower, then it was cold water. We asked about check out instructions and never got a response. It’s a nice place, just a few things to improve on.
Ein schönes, sauberes Appartement. Frisch renoviert und alles da was man braucht. Die Lage ist ideal - man ist gleich in der Stadt und nach etwa 10 min zu Fuß auch am Strand. Wir waren 5 Personen - einziger Nachteil waren hierbei die Faltwände. Dadurch hat man etwas weniger Privatsphäre als mit abgeschlossenen Räumen. Aber für eine Reise mit engen Freunden oder als Familie dennoch sehr empfehlenswert! + Der Service und die Kommunikation war super.
