Had an amazing stay with a picturesque view of the beach. The place was clean and adorably decorated. Can't beat the views and direct access to the beach. Will 100% stay there again and have already recommended this listing to my friends. There was bit of an issue with a missing registration at checkin time but Lorena was highly responsive and was able to get it resolved for me fairly quickly. 11/10

Lorena's place was exactly what we wanted: on the beach, roomy enough for two, clean, and had a balcony overlooking the ocean! It was fabulous sleeping with the sound of the waves. There were chairs (camp chairs), beach towels and a cooler available. In the lower level of the building you can rent beach chairs and beach umbrellas. Checking in was quite a wait as there was a long line and the building security requires paperwork. We went to the restaurant the first day for lunch and would recommend you skip them and go straight to the pool area for food. The restaurant was empty and still took over 40 minutes to make tacos. The pool food has great sandwiches.

The place was perfect just 15 mins away from south beach. The building is a lil outdated but the apartment itself is nice and up to date. The view is perfect and everything you need is there. Only recommendation is two beach chairs instead of camping chairs and some dish soap to wash dishes while there.
