I was very underwhelmed when i came into the space i instantly was hit with a very foul odor and i though it was going to be a bit bigger but that waas my fault. But over all it was ok wont be interested to book again tough

This place is amazing, friends and I went to a concert and got our reservation canceled on. We were able to make a last minute reservation with Donovan’s amazing response time. It was super accommodating and would highly recommend.

I will say that Donovan was very responsive and quick to agree to a solution...which was a refund for me. I think his place could be really nice, but when I arrived it was really dirty...almost as if no one has stayed there for a while. Location was okay...I knew going into this that his unit was not in the best part of LA...so that wasn't my main issue. It was a level of cleanliness I didn't expect. I arrived late my first night so I really didn't see much...but in the morning...it was apparent...this unit needed a good scrubbing from top to bottom. Donovan was agreeable to our arrangement (full refund for my remaining stay)...and I hope he took my words of advice to heart...just make sure your place is clean before you rent it out.
