I have few times experience staying units via Airbnb and every time I have four to five star experiences except this time. I don’t consider myself as a fussy guest, I expect clean unit and have a comfortable stay but maybe I have too high expectations after seen all the reviews , especially the cleanliness level is the most important factor for me to decide whether to book the unit. The pillows were dirty, with hair and made me dare not use them. There’s used mask put behind of TV, the dining chairs were not properly cleaned, the fridge door and glass of kitchen basin was dirty with oily stains. The hair dryer was not functioning. I was really disappointed with the above mentioned, esp the pillow really need to replace new one, feel very unhygienic. I did message to Elvis, he felt sorry and suggested to send a cleaner to clean the house but I rejected since it’s evening and we were about to go out for dinner, and we only stayed one night.( End up I couldn’t sleep well as I dare not sleep on those pillows, it’s not acceptable level 😥) The location is not happening and very quiet. Not much selection for food. Another inconvenient thing is there is no shampoo rack and lack of holder to put or hang the clothes in the bathroom. Other than the above mentioned, the check in and check out process is convenient, aircond very cold, playground is good for children, swimming pool ok but I found the water not that clean…. Sincerely hope the host can take in my opinion. Thanks.
