Everything was wonderful
great
When I walked in the unit it had a strong odor of marijuana and cigarettes. There are loads of signs saying no smoking so I don’t blame the owner. I aired out the place and left a day early due to the smell. I spoke to the owner and he refunded my money and had the place throughly cleaned again. Overall great location and it was great leaving the porch door open. Unfortunately the people that rented before me didn’t follow the rules or I’m sure my stay would have been much better
Our stay was great!! The location was very convenient for what I needed to do. The unit was clean and Mr. Patricks’s communication was awesome!! He even wrote to check on us when he found out there was an emergency in the neighborhood. Would definitely book again.
