Beautiful surroundings. The chalet could have been cleaner. Some furniture and kitchenware is in need of replacement. Overall it was a nice stay.

First of all - the villa was amazing. However, there were several problems - the pool was way to cold for us to enjoy it, the staff at the reception weren’t very nice, and most upsetting - they charged us 25€ for a room key, we were 6 people in a villa that was meant for 10, and only received 4 cards!!! It was also frustrating that we weren’t given enough garbage bags/toilet paper/dish soap/rags.. The most upsetting thing was that it was definitely not ski-in-ski-out, in order to get even close to the resort you have to go down a very difficult red slope (2a), which was all slushy and honestly impossible for ski beginners.

Tökéletesen éreztük magunkat az itt eltöltött egy hét alatt. Minden a leírásnak megfelelő volt, kénylemes, tágas, és a recepción is nagyon kedvesek voltak.

The resort is happily placed on a slope with great views. The place is spacious, comfortable and is a great for a week skiing gateway.

The week spent in Alps Resorts was great. Check in was smooth and the instructions we got prior to our arrival were thorough so we knew everything we needed beforehand. The chalet is right next to the slopes (ski in-out), modern, clean and the living spaces are fantastic. The only minus was the size of the bedrooms which was smaller than expected but on the other hand each of them had an on-suite bathroom which was a great plus. Sauna and pool are fantastic . Would definitely stay again!
