We enjoyed a fabulous 3 nights in Andrews' beautiful property. The setting is absolutely perfect. The accommodation is of the highest standard and the surrounding area make this the best Airbnb we have ever visited We shall return

Absolutely gorgeous property, very luxurious and beautifully designed. The Japanese water garden is superb. A tranquil and relaxing place to stay. Bucklers Hard (with a great pub) is only a short step away, and from there we walked a couple of miles through the forest to Beaulieu along well-maintained paths. Andrew met us in person and showed us around - an extremely welcoming and helpful host. The kitchen doesn't have a full-size oven, but it does have a combi oven, an air fryer, and a hob, as well as a lot of other high-end equipment, so there was no difficulty with cooking! The heavy silk curtains which partition the bedrooms from the passageway are lightproof and very beautiful. However, we did not find them soundproof at all. But this is in the nature of the property design, and drawing back the curtains allows floor-to-ceiling views of the water garden from all the bedrooms, which is a major advantage of this amazing place.

Wonderful stay! The house is absolutely amazing & is set in a beautiful grounds, with garden surroundings, a walk from the river & completely private enclosures. We spent our whole stay, commenting to ourselves on how nice it is. It's very modern building with lots of gadgets & features. But the courtyard garden with pond was the best bit. Andrew the host is a gent & super helpful. Really did make our stay feel welcoming & he's very friendly.

Amazing hospitality. Andrew was welcoming and even gave us a private tour of the wonderful gardens! If you’re looking for a get away in the peaceful countryside with amazing scenery would definitely recommend here. The Japanese garden was a win in the evenings and when the sun came out! Thank you again for our stay

This felt like a lucky find and a memorable place to stay. So many unique touches and everything feels very high quality. We loved the setting, having a barbeque and eating breakfast outside looking at and hearing the relaxing sounds of the stunning water garden. Well equipped kitchen. Andrew was so thoughtful and quick to respond to any question, both before and during our stay. Even when the weather wasn't great, this was a lovely place to relax. We didn't have time to do the full garden tour but Andrew showed us the pond at fish-feeding time...idyllic and I imagine seeing everything is spectacular. Fab location - very peaceful and we enjoyed walking from the house to Buckler's Hard and along the paths to Beualieu. Everyone commented that the beds were comfy too!
