A great place to stay while in Tampa. The neighborhood was quiet and the house had everything we needed.

Sophie was a great host, responsive to texts and we thoroughly enjoyed our stay at her home. Good location, easy to get to and felt safe. The outdoor space and sunroom were our favorite part of the home, we spent most of our time out there. We found a fishing pole outside so we bought bait and the kids fished off and on all weekend and we also used the kayak a couple of times. The pool was cool but we enjoyed it during the warm parts of the day. There was a net we could use to clean leaves and even some floaties in the tote by the pool and an air pump in the garage. The home was clean and spacious for a family of 4. We will definitely keep this place in mind when visiting again.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. We were there mainly to attend some Spring Training baseball games, but we also enjoyed some time on the water and walked along the downtown riverwalk. We liked the outdoor space - canal, fishing, grilling and using the fire pit. Just a little cool for the pool but it looked good!

amazing trip! it was a quick long weekend getaway, and we couldn't have asked for a better time! the property was PERFECT! we wanted to move there! :) we will definitely be back!
