First and foremost thank you Roberto for being so responsive and helpful! The house is absolutely stunning and the garden was a literal oasis. Very quiet and peaceful. The house is about 3 minutes away from the Plaza and was very convenient.

I wanted to introduce my friend to the village of Ajijic and surrounding area and Robertos place was perfect. The house was a very comfortable Mexican house and had everything we needed. The grounds were beautiful, interesting, well kept and spacious. The pool was lovely, refreshing and very clean. We were greeted on arrival and given all instructions and Roberto was responsive to any needs (The overhead light was broken and it was replaced immediately with some bedside lamps and Roberto booked an airport transfer for our departure). This house is a perfect oasis in the centre of the village. Any usual village noise was dampened by the private environment. I will definitely be back on one of my frequent visits to Ajijic as I have discovered a gem! Thank you Roberto and your lovely staff

The grounds and pool are beautiful and well maintained. The property is in the heart of Ajijic and convenient to everything. The house is spacious and clean but with only screening on some windows, when it turned cold, Roberto drove 45 minutes to bring us a heater. We needed a kettle also and he sent us one within a couple of days. Sometimes the dogs next door are a problem with their incessant barking but the convenience and beauty of the property override the negetive. You could not ask for a better host.

There were no closets nor dressers to put clothes. Any drawers throughout the house were filled with random stuff. Floors were dirty throughout. The house was advertised as entire home but half of the rooms of the house was locked and inaccessible. The garden was beautiful and the location was great. The smaller bedroom twin beds were extremely uncomfortable and painful to sleep on.
