OK, this review is two parts: 1) I want to say that Mo was a great host and his house is in great shape, clean and comfortable. My complaints are not anything that he can do about this house but they need to be stated for other guests. 2) This house is on the corner of TWO VERY BUSY STREETS. There is road / car / truck / horn / traffic noise at all hours of the day. You CANNOT leave a door or window open for air flow and not be assaulted by it. Additionally, there appears to be some type of feud with the neighbors. There is a vacant house next door being worked on with the biggest set of wind chimes I've ever seen. It blows / rings all day and night. On the second night we went to talk with them and found it was vacant. We left a message on their Ring camera that we would appreciate it if they could remove the chimes. They responded by adding a SECOND set of chimes the next day directly next to the main bedroom. While comfortable, sleep was nowhere to be found.

Great location near the Draper Day Barn where our daughter had her wedding reception. Very convenient. Nice place for large groups to spread out and multiple places to gather and visit.
