Everything was as described. The communication was very good, Alex was very nice and helped whenever he could.

it's a little less beautifull then expected. there were no welcome notes, and I had to ask someone for the password of the WiFi

This is a cute apartment in a not very cute area. There is nothing really appealing about the area itself, but it was a convenient place to stop over on our way to Panama City. When we arrived, the outside looks super run down so we were definitely worried. However, the inside of the apartment is cute! It is pretty well stocked, but was missing a few things we were hoping for. We needed a wine opener and I couldn’t find one. I sent a message asking if she had one, and with a few other questions. By pure luck we were able to check in okay despite the fact that Susana wasn’t there- literally some random guy was driving out of the complex and we were driving in and rolled down his window to ask if by chance we were the Airbnb guests. He helped us get in luckily because although she told us she left the keys in the washer/dryer area for us- I don’t know if I would have been able to figure out how to get in and which unit it was on my own. Susana did a good job with communication before we got there, but once we arrived- it was like she totally disappeared. I realized she never told us where to park specifically and the spots had numbers on them. I was really nervous to park anywhere and get towed. I messaged Susana asking if there was a specific spot I should be parking in (right after I asked about the wine opener) and I didn’t hear back about it until the next day before we checked out. This left me worried about our car the whole stay and I kept going outside to check on it, and I didn’t even sleep great because I would wake up to check on the car. We also didn’t sleep great because we were way way way too hot. There was an AC in the room but it didn’t seem to work properly. It was on and blowing air but we were both still sweating and way too hot. Also important to note there’s no AC in common areas, so being in the kitchen and living room was uncomfortably hot, and cooking in the kitchen was even worse. We checked out and still didn’t hear from Susana, nothing about check out or asking how our stay was. I think the biggest thing that could use improvement here was the communication by this host, or lack thereof.
