It is as described. Would have liked the basics in the kitchen, like cooking oil/spray, butter, etc. The air conditioner couldn't get the temp down below 70 and it isn't even hot outside yet.

Terry’s house was perfectly minimal. Nothing we didn’t need, but what is there was well thought out. We enjoyed the kitchen and the big bathtub. The decor was lovely and the place was super clean. Thank you for a great stay!
