Really helpful and friendly hosts. Checked in with me when I arrived. Then left me to it. Did also ask if I wanted any shopping sorting as I didn’t have a car. Lovely peaceful place and perfect for what I needed.

Great little guest annexe. Jo was super helpful with instructions around some local rad closures and was very proactive with communication. The location is nice and quiet and its a nice and cosy little place. Only thing. I would say is that there is no oven so a consideration for longer stays.

I stayed with my boyfriend over the Easter weekend and it was just right. A beautiful, peaceful little stay, very clean and Jo was very helpful and great with recommendations and local tips. Would highly recommend anyone who is visiting the area and would definitely come back if we are ever in the area again.

Jo is a great host, made sure our stay was great and memorable! The place is very cute and cosy, very warm, exactly what we needed for it to be, after walking so much around Chester. The place is close to Chester Zoo, and the bus stop for a bus to take you to Chester is not that far either. Would definitely recommend and visit the place again!

I loved the place and wouldn't hesitate to go back and to recommend. Jo and Ray are helpful hosts and anything not already provided is no problem for them. Spotlessly clean with a very comfortable bed and fabulous spacious bathroom with underfloor heating! The annexe offers privacy and quiet but with easy access to so many parts of Cheshire and N Wales... I stayed for 3 weeks and felt totally at home.
