This could have been an ideal airbnb experience, but sadly, it wasn't. We had 1 month stay. On arrival, apartments were dusty, washing machine smelled bad, rug and pillows had stains. Many small basic utensils were not included, so on the first day we had to go shopping and do extra steps to make this place comfortable. Also, there were ridiculously big rent form that we needed to fill, so we had to do stuff accounting. Water heater was broken, and it was only replaced after 6 days. These apartments clearly seen better days and need refurbishment. But after extra effort from our side, we did enjoy our stay here. Location is superb, condo is well-maintained and quiet, bed is soft and comfy, furniture can support two work spaces. I wish there were no hassle. But at the moment, apartments needs extra work and love to meet its price tag.

I stayed here for a long time and I enjoyed the space. It has a lot of natural light and overlooks the garden. MRT, BTS, Jodd Fairs, Central Ladprao, Lotus and Union mall can all be walked to in less than 10 minutes. There is also Chatuchak Park & Market and a BigC within 5 mins by bike. Occasionally the pool, sauna and steam room were out of service and the gym equipment is old. The fire escapes are also locked and the stairwell is often blocked, which is very dangerous but that is down to building management. Prao was a great host and very responsive over message. If I had any issues or something broke in the condo (like a lightbulb), Prao was very quick to organise a fix. There is no iron or ironing board but I'm sure Prao would provide one if you asked. I would definitely stay there again if I stayed in Bangkok.

We had a great stay - the condo is in walking distance to both the BTS Skytrain and MRT, as well as both Union Mall and Central Ladprao Mall. It’s also right by a big Lotus supermarket which is very convenient. The facilities in the room are great, and the good public transport links made it easy to explore the city, night markets and more. We also really liked the garden area in front of the building which was a nice shaded place to walk. Prao was always responsive to my messages and helpful with any queries, which helped make it an easy and enjoyable stay.

태국에서 한달살기 3회차인데 그 중 가장 마음에 들었습니다. 지금까지 시내쪽에만 지내서 가격도 비쌌는데 여기는 조금 시내랑은 떨어져있어 가격도 착합니다. 모든게 만족스럽지만 아쉬운건 제가 지낼 시기에 주위에 아파트 공사중이라서 평일 오전 오후에 공사소리가 자주들려요. 무슨 공사인지 모르겠는데 주 2회정도는 폭탄터진듯한 큰 굉음들립니다 그럴때마다 깜짝놀랬어요 이거빼곤 완벽한 여행이였습니다

I had a fantastic and comfortable stay at Prao's charming apartment. Location is outstanding near a large supermarket, shopping centre, mall and BTS/MRT stations. Best of all, the building is in a park-like setting which gives it a sense a peacefulness in the middle of a busy area. Prao is an outstanding host and made sure that my stay was always comfortable. Her apartment has modern decoration which is well though out and very pleasing. The bed is comfortable and there is so much storage places. The in-apartment washing machine was a blessing even and there's an additional coin laundry room in the building. The balcony faces the park which provides shade and nice green scenery. I highly recommend staying here and I personally plan to do so myself again.
