The house is stunning. The photos online do not do this house justice. The house is HUGE!! The common area on the main floor is huge for a big party if everyone wants to relax with one another. Downstairs is a huge bar and room that leads outside to the huge pool and spa. There is endless space everywhere on the property and in the house. If you want to step away for a minute you can find a nice place to relax while everyone else enjoys themselves. The bedrooms are well spread apart to different areas of the house so that you can still have privacy. The deck is huge with a nice sized overhang and the bottom of the deck is like a roof for the lower level, so if it rains outside you can hang out near the pool and stay dry. Overall the experience was a great one and the response time when something was needed occurred right away. Checks all the boxes. We had around 30 people in total at different times between 2 days and everyone loved it.

I organized a company retreat for my startup at Kara's beautiful home, one of the few large spaces available in the Hamptons, and couldn't be happier with out choice. The house and the spot is more beautiful than the photo's suggest... the pool is huge, the hot tub comfortably can fit 8+, and the all the rooms are tastefully appointed. The setup had everything you could really need: all the cooking supplies, 2 separated washer & dryer systems, a well equipped gym, new gas grill, and a high tech smart home control system. Check-in was a breeze with a door code and self checkin. And the location on cul-de-sac felt secluded, while being convenient to both the bay and ocean side beaches and restaurants. Would definitely host a large event there again!

Kara and her husband were great to work with and the house is gorgeous. We travel quite a bit and this is at the top of our list. My recommendation to travelers this house is set up for long term stays so get plenty of food and relax. Also Kara can give you multiple great chefs that will come in and prepare dinners like we did.
