The living room/dining room has new area rugs, electric fireplace, dining table for 4, comfortable seating, 42" smart TV, WIFI, and a dedicated workspace area with desk that can also be used as a mini bar/serving area. Each bedroom has a queen size 10" memory foam gel mattress, 1800 thread count comfy sheets, a dresser, nightstand and closet. We can accommodate up to 6 guests if a queen size air mattress in the living room (how Airbnb originated) is acceptable. Also a sofa but not a sleeper sofa. The laundry room has a new washer and dryer, folding table and storage space with access to the backyard. The newly remodeled bathroom has new vinyl wood plank flooring, a large walk in shower, new vanity and toilet. Our outdoor area features a patio with comfortable outdoor seating, a dining table and chairs, fire pit and propane BBQ grill.
