Absolutely beautiful home, very well stocked. Everything is new, clean and spotless. A bit of construction near home but not an issue, especially compared to the home. This home is a gem, will stay again for sure, host is great mark and Jackie.

The house is such a comfortable stay. We were a group of four attending a conference at Duke, and we found the location and the quality of the accommodation considering the price to be extremely good value. The house is comfortably furnished and well maintained.

Great stay in Durham! Wonderful to be within walking distance of fun spots to eat and drink as well as a playground for our kiddo. Grateful to the host for supplying a pac n play which—along with the washer/dryer—made travel with a toddler less daunting than I feared. The condo is a lovely new build so, though earplugs were kindly provided due to construction nearby, we didn’t find we needed them. New windows kept the noise out and the temperature well regulated. The big bed in the primary bedroom was heavenly. Nicely designed spaces for a family visit and helpful to have an office downstairs so we were able to work while there. Wish we could have stayed longer!
