Cath and Ate Baby were very accommodating and responsive. We had a great time, the air was fresh, and the tress within the premises really give off that province life feels. I love that they have complete stuff around the place, we cooked our meals that allowed us to save money. On the other hand, I know the property can still be improved: 1. Safer fence and locks. We left our laptops and cameras inside the car as the rooms had no proper locks. 2. Landscaping. 3. Water was very rusty. Understandable since it was sourced from a deep well. Other cons: 1. The road to the place was narrow. Although an SUV can fit but it was a bit struggle to get in and out of the parking space. 2. There are neighbors who played loud music and had videoke. 3. There was a construction beside the property. Nonetheless, this property is a great concept. We loved our stay and I personally would like to look forward to see it upgraded. 😊 ⭐️⭐️⭐️

Cath’s place is perfect for us as a family and first time bringing our furbaby along. It’s walking distance from the free-beach access. Amenities were complete and easy to find so we didnt bother calling ate babylyn till we’re about to check out. All in all, our experience has been memorable and would love to go back. Thank you Cath!

Ate babylyn is very accommodating. She made sure we got everything we need during our stay. She even dropped us off at the beach for free. Will definitely book again in the future!

Good place to stay if you are looking for a quiet/relaxing and away from pollution in the metro. Cath and Ate Baby is responsive and proactive hosts. Just encountered some minor maintenance issues, bamboo gate just fell off the car but no major damaged caused. Light bulb suddenly blew out, but caused no major issues too. Overall it was a good stay since it's just a drive away from beautiful beaches in San Juan/Laiya.
