위치는 훌륭하고 질문에 빠른 응답을 해주어서 도움이 되나 전반적으로 리모델링이 필요함 가격대비보다 좋은 퀄리티의 리모델링이 필요하다는게 아니라 최소한 더럽게 느껴지지 않을정도의 보수는 필요하다고 생각됨

Apartment nya sangat bersih dan luas... Dekat sekali dengan mall...lingkungannya enak dan tenang... Easily to check in...dan flexsibel waktu check in nya... Worth it dengan harganya..:.

Positive: - The apartment is in great location, right next to the mall with lots of options for food and a supermarket. - All necessary appliance are available and in working condition, such as AC, water heater, microwave, electric kettle, and washing machine. - Host is very responsive and very accommodating. They recently install a clothes drying line based on my questions. Negative (but not too bad, just me being picky): - The apartment building is a bit difficult to find (first time), even the taxi drivers have to ask the locals a few times. - The apartment does not come with soap and only 1 toilet paper. Easy to remedy, since it's right next to a mall. - One of the beds is not comfortable, need a new bed or mattress topper, you can feel the spring. - Only 1 keycard provided, so you need to coordinate with your housemate, if you're not going together. All in all, it was a great apartment, and I would definitely stay again next time I'm in Jakarta.
