This stylish place to stay is perfect for group trips. Perfect for family reunion and get togethers. 3 minute walk to the lake to unwind in the midst of nature. Personal butler to take care of your needs. Fully functional kitchen to enjoy a meal. Farm for fork option available as there is small organic farm in the property. Newly renovated with all luxury fittings and lighting. 4 car parking available in the property. Terrace and garden area can be used for get togethers. We are pet friendly!! There are 5 bedrooms in the property along with front and side lawn. Covered terrace and sit out area along with enough seating is there.

It was really considerate on Mohit's part to be always available on call before and after the booking. He is a great host. The place too was clean and we were provided with everything we required in an instant. The check-in was smooth and the care taker, Murari was a lovely person to talk to. He made sure we eat properly and don't get bored. We stayed only for a day but surely we know that Mohit's place would be our place to stay in Dhanbad. Keep it up, fellas👍
