This beautiful 1- Bedroom has a full bath, full size kitchen stocked with all your cooking needs, a dedicated workspace, a living room with a comfy couch, smart TV and high speed internet. Dogs are welcome! You'll love the crisp, fresh feel throughout this apartment and it’s stocked with just about everything a home would need! Located in historic downtown Whiteville, it's just steps away from some great restaurants, shopping, 2 gyms, a drugstore and a historic train depot! This building has free parking located in the large parking lot beside the building, along the side street in front of the building or the parking lot across the street. If you're arriving after dark, this property is in a well lit area. We offer a coined operated washer and dryer located at the end of the hallway to the right. There’s also an emergency exit “only” door in that same location. The building is secured, so you will have a key to enter the building along with your apartment key! Please note that the 3rd guest will be sleeping on the living room couch. You're Welcome to bring an air mattress for them or a 4th guest, there's room for it. We have extra bedding in the Apt. but if you need more just send us a message. We welcome Travel Nurse's and other contract workers to stay with us, our set up is perfect for extended stays. We are dog friendly, so bring those fur-babies if you need too! There's already a set of bowls awaiting them! Also, If they’re chewers or not completely potty trained please bring a crate for them to stay in if you plan on leaving them unattended. Sorry, but we do not allow cats. Be sure to check out the great breakfast/lunch place “Penn’s Grill” right across the street. The beach is a easy 45min. drive from this apartment. So go enjoy a little NC salt air if your time allows! The nightlife is quite so sleeping will be peaceful!! Also, If you haven't already, I encourage you to download the Airbnb app to your phone. It's very user friendly. You can access all your info about your stay with us & it's much easier than going through all the emails related to your stay that Airbnb sends. It has our "house Manual" that has all your info about the apartment & your checkout instructions located in it. There's also a link with step by step check-in instructions "with pictures", unlike the desktop version.
