Хорошее место чтобы отдохнуть компанией. Расположение очень удобное, рядом есть рестораны, продуктовые магазины и море, хозяин быстро отвечал на сообщения и наши просьбы. Спасибо☺️

My family and I stayed in Kağan’s apartment. A very pleasant place, 3-5 minutes from the beach, but at the same time a calm and quiet courtyard. The apartment is newly renovated and has everything you need for a long stay. There is also a private terrace with access to the garden. Kağan is very kind and responsive host. I definitely recommend this place!

Burayı kesinlikle öneriyorum kemer marinada ve her yere yakın. 4 kişi kaldık ve aşırı rahattı. 5 kişi kalınmaz ama 4 kişi için ideal. Banyo suyu yavaş akıyordu onun haricinde iyiydi. Yer gayet temizdi ve Kağan bey tatilin başından sonuna çok yardımcı oldu. Güvenlik açısından da sıkıntı yoktu. Hem aileyle hem arkadaşla gelinebilir tavsiye ediyorum

We visited in mid to late December. weather was initially wet 1st 3 days, but then sunny & beautiful with high teen temperature. This location had beautiful orange, lemon & grapefruit trees in the back yard & entire complex. we had fresh juice many times a day. Electric Juicer was supplied making it easy. The patio deck was on the northside, so nice an cool. entire complex was professionally maintained. nice landscaping & very clean. Residents were friendly. Lots of cats around, but they are well mannered & friendly. The location was amazing. The beaches are just a short walk east, maybe 300m. Lots of shopping areas with a nice Pedestrian Street to the west. So many nice restaurants in the area & prices were very reasonable. Kağan was a very good host. He had bottled water, ice tea & pepsi in the fridge as well as sweets. A nice coffee machine provided with a good selection. Also condiments in the kitchen like salt, pepper, olive oil & tea. Also laundry & dish detergent.

I loved the apartment especially the fruit garden lays right in front of the building. One can grab a book and sip a morning coffee on that comfy porch. Location was great too, grocery store, pharmacy and restaurants within walking distance. Finally Kağan is a extremely helpful host 🤍
