This was the perfect beach house for our family and inlaws! Beach at the backdoor! it was clean and well decorated! They communicated clearly and quickly! We highly recommend it!

The cost of our trip is the only thing preventing me from giving a perfect numerical value. The house was beautiful, in a great location, was clean and our contacts were very responsive and friendly. There were a few small inconveniences that were out of the propety manager's control (broken swing, garage door needed replaced, tv remotes difficult to figure out). I wouldn't honestly even bother with them if I hadn't paid so much to stay there. I had high expectations because we've never spent so much on a trip to PCB. The privacy on the beach was worth a lot, though! Overall, great trip and awesome property. It does have a washer and dryer even though it says it doesn't online. I even asked before we went and was also told it didn't have this amenity. Future travelers should know because it makes a huge difference in my opinion.

Beautiful home right on the beach. Spacious living room. Air conditioning was slightly underpowered for the size of this home. It did not cause any serious discomfort, just worth noting. It was an enjoyable stay and I would stay here again.

Beautiful home perfectly located on a fairly secluded beach next to St. Andrews park. Would rent again.
