We had a great time. Such a cool historic house located in a really quiet area by the woods. We would recommend it to anyone who wants to stay in a peaceful and comfortable place.

Such a charming and beautiful historic home. It reminded my mom and I of her grandparent’s house. Brought back so many childhood memories for both of us. The beds are comfortable, it has everything you need plus more, the views are breathtaking, and was very clean. It was very inviting and warm. We definitely want to stay again.

The location of house is excellent if you're into hikes, waterfalls, and caves, this will be a very accessible location to all of your interests. But if you're more into getting a break from technology, and getting a peaceful break out in the nature, then you won't be disappointed, the place is filled with wild life. And even if you're lucky you might just see the fireflies just outside in the yard, and maybe the little groundhog that lives there too. But by far the most exciting wild life my family and me saw, were the deers. I really recommend staying here.♡

Cozy older house in very quiet area. There also was a hiking trail only about a mile away with a nice trail, multiple waterfalls and an overlook.

Great historic house in a quiet area. Very comfortable. Was great to sit outside and listen to nothing but the sounds of nature. Easy drive into either Sparta or Crossville for food. Would highly recommend this place to anyone.
