The villa is well-blended with its environment, just a few minutes away from the beach. There is an infinity pool at the perfect vantage point for appreciating your idyllic surroundings and the magnificent sea views. Villa Aetos is located right above Villa Almyra and Villa Kambos, its beloved siblings. Villa Aetos is just a few minutes away from the beach, just a five minute walk. It is a short drive to the taverns. It is more convenient to have a car in order to enjoy the beautiful unspoilt sceneries of Xerokambos, the sandy beaches and the wild canyons. Xerokambos is a paradise on earth, with feather-soft white sands and turquoise waters, it is the ideal place for unforgettable summer holidays.

Un séjour de rêve chez Maria. La villa est située à Xerocampos, un village calme bordé par plusieurs plages très préservées. Il y a deux très bons restaurants à 5 min en voiture ouvert quasiment tous le temps. La villa en elle même est en hauteur et dispose d'une vue incroyable sur la mer. La piscine est superbe et le logement est parfait pour 2 personnes. C'est très bien équipé et très propre. Maria a été très gentille et nous a fournit toutes les informations nécessaires pour que notre séjour se déroule au mieux. Cela a été difficile d'en partir !
Great location and amazing place. Check in was smooth and the place seems to be new. All and all if I could go back I would, however have a few things to comment; 1. During our checkout which was agreed at 11.30 - mindful that the host had communicated to me the previous day - that there will be workers on the premises, they started the works at 10.30 am leaving me with limited privacy as they started knocking at the door during that time. I felt as if I had to hurry in a way. I believe this was a one time thing but worth the mention. 2. I was asked for a reimbursement amount due to an accident that occurred however, seemed to be too much for the damage done. I paid in full either way but it's also fair to request from the host to send the link of the purchased item to know exactly what we pay, especially if the amount exceeds the expected. 3. limited privacy as the pool was also accessible from the outside and the Villa's terrace did not have a round fence - anyone could come in.

Xerokambos is a very peaceful and pure place in South East Crete.
The village is very small but still there are quite a few taverns and two convenience stores, located less than a kilometer away from the villas.
The ideal way to travel to Xerokambos is by car.
It is a two-hour-forty minute drive from Heraklion, or a one-hour drive from Sitia.
Furthermore, there are many beautiful places to visit on this part of Crete, like Kato Zakros or the Palm Forest of Vai, so it is recommended for the visitors to rent a car to facilitate their travels.
