This was our second time staying this year which says it all. Perfect for our small family and the small touches for the little ones were very thoughtful. Easy walking access into Fremantle and south Fremantle. There are great cafes/restaurants close by. Definitely recommend Nicole’s place.

I rented the Laneway Studio for my parents to stay when visiting us in Fremantle. This place is perfect in size and location and this is the second time they have stayed here, and very satisfied both times. They like to explore and this is in a very convenient location. You can walk out to Wray Ave via the market driveway next door during the day - a market with all the fresh food you need. There are many bus routes nearby for anyone without their own transport. The facilities provided are great, including a spacious shower in separate bathroom, hair dryer, coffee machine, Microwave, and conventional oven. Delicious breakfast ingredients were provided to get us started which really helps if arriving late. The bed is comfortable, as is the couch. Thank you again and we’ll likely be back in future.

Wir haben uns gleich wie Zu Hause gefühlt, die Küche bestens organisiert und die Terrasse lud zum Frühstück an der frischen Luft ein. Das Auto konnte in der Garage geparkt werden und Nicole hat uns mit frischen Eiern und Baguette empfangen.

If you are reading this STOP and book as you will not be disappointed. Perfect hideaway but so close yo everything. Outstanding hosts, very supportive when we were dealing with a health issue. So sorry we had to cut our trip short. Would love to return. Thank you
