Absolutely great location in the heart of an authentic neighbourhood with many shops, restaurants, excursions etc on the doorstep and close to the beach and bus stop to Castellon town centre, lots of beaches and Benicassim. Just to be aware there is no lift, shutters or aircon so not a great mix in the height of summer. Apart from that we were a very content family group in this no frills apartment happy with what you get what you pay for.

Dimitri was helpful, friendly and very responsive. The apartment was beautiful, comfortable and perfect for our group of 8 people. The only problems were that the floor was slightly dusty and some of the dishes were still dirty on our arrival. The freezer was broken, not cold enough, and leaked water over the kitchen floor. On the second to last day the water stopped working for the whole apartment block… but this wasn’t a problem with the apartment in particular. None of this took too much away from the stay or our experience because everything else was really good. The balcony was beautiful and very comfortable, one of the highlights of the apartment, and the rest of the communal spaces were great. The location was fine, 10 minute tram to the centre of the city and a few good shops around the local area, and a very short walk to the beach. Would definitely recommend for a big group.

Very good value, good location, we really enjoyed our stay! The only thing was that it’s on the fifth floor with no lift and didn’t have air conditioning so during the heatwave was a bit hot!! However really recommend!
