I had a fabulous five-night stay at this charming bungalow in Central Phoenix. From my arrival, everything went exceedingly smoothly — the touch keypad worked on my first try and the home was cooled and pristine when I entered. Mike was very responsive to any questions I had over text. The home was very peaceful and quiet at all times, and there was ample street parking. There are multiple groceries, coffee shops, and restaurants under a mile away, and the neighborhood feels extremely safe. The house is perfect for one or two people with a well-stocked kitchen, large bathroom, washer and dryer, and comfortable living room. Mike was flexible with my check-out time as well. I can’t recommend this home enough!

Exactly as described, awesome apartment in a great neighborhood. Check in and out was a breeze. Mike was beyond responsive.

Hands down my favorite place I've stayed. It's not the biggest place, but it's the perfect size for a one person or couple. Very clean. Updated. Great parking. Comfortable. These are the few words I'd describe this location. Host was very responsive when I had an issue with the lock. Updated appliances throughout. Bathroom remodel looks beautiful. Bed is comfortable. Parking is 50ft from the door. Host has bath wash and shampoo in the shower for those that forget. A lot of hangars in the closets, and plenty of extra linen in the bathroom. Everything in the kitchen was squared away and clean. Certainly felt that he prepared this location properly unlike other places I've stayed. I've stayed at a few locations in The Valley, but if I'm ever back in town, this will be the first place I'm looking.
