Excellent host and property.

Once we arrived, we noticed that the lighting is very dim in the dining room and living room areas. The kitchen was not thoroughly cleaned, there were crumbs on the floor, in the microwave and on the stove. The bedrooms were neat and clean, however, the shower in the main bedroom needed to be clean thoroughly. The towels and washcloths provided were old and needed to be replaced. When we woke up the next morning, we noticed would appear to be worms only to find out they were maggots; entered through the back door and were all over the carpet and living room floor. The entire patio area was covered in maggots due to the trashcan not being taken out in the patio area. Unfortunately, we did not enjoy the patio for our morning coffee or afternoon lunch as planned. Thankful to Airbnb support they were able to issue a refund, even when the homeowner did not want to and said it’s a natural occurrence of maggots during this season. Just an awful excuse! Property needs better attendance!

Easy to find, easy parking, quiet neighborhood. Close to restaurants. Comfortable house.

The place was just as described. Super close to where we needed to be. Justin was very responsive when I had questions.

Everything was great. I reached out to Justin about a branch that had fell on the back patio and it was addressed right away. The location was very central and made it easy to get around. We will stay here again when we are in the area.
