Julian’s house was perfect for our Bachelor Party. We had two units side by side and they were exactly as listed.

Julian’s place was an excellent host for our large group outing. Everything was very clean, and exactly as described in the listing. Location was excellent, very cheap Ubers to Broadway. All beds were clean, and comfortable. Enough utensils in kitchen to cook if you choose. Bathrooms were very clean. Overall, we had zero concerns with Julian’s place, and would highly recommend it to anyone with a group larger than 10 people.

Spectacular location! Downtown Broadway is only 2 miles away! Starbucks and convenient mart/gas station within walking distance. A great variety of fast food options under 1 mile from home, i.e., Chik-fila, Chipotle, Dunkin Donuts, Taco Bell, Wendy's, McDonald's. Germantown and Salemtown are 2 fun nearby neighborhoods which have plenty of restaurants, bars, attractions and more. Nashville Sounds baseball stadium, Farmer's market, Bicentennial Park, and Titans Nissan stadium are all located only 1-2 miles away.
Both homes feature a 2 car garage, but you are only 1.5 miles from broadway and many other Nashville attractions, so we recommend using ride-sharing apps! (uber and lyft)

Hello, I'm Julian! I was born and raised here in Nashville, and after spending some time away for college and some traveling I decided to return to where it all began. Nashville has changed a lot over the years, but my love for this great city has remained constant! I enjoy traveling, exercising, reading (a blend of self-improvement and sci-fi/fantasy), movies, and spending time with my girlfriend and dog. I began my hosting career a few years back with just one personal property. I quickly fell in love with hosting fellow travelers and decided to pursue a career in it! I haven't looked back since and have loved the ride!
