I wish Alexandra offered accommodation everywhere we holiday! Exceptionally well resourced house (all cleaning materials provided so no need for guests to pay for a box of washing powder and only use once), generously provided food basics (tea, coffee, oil). Electrical sockets are UK 3-pin type (adapters provided if from elsewhere). Additional Doors and windows with slats or mesh to enable cool air but minimal insects, fans in bedrooms. Beautiful garden and shared garden beyond, quiet, very friendly next door neighbours (one played mellow blues guitar in the late afternoons). Easy access to small supermarket, bus stop (to bus station for onwards travel, or direct to Airport - 612 - or Aphrodites Rock. Alex was highly responsive, replying to texts straight away, she was very considerate and helpful.

Alexandra’s house is very spacious, well equipped, has lovely outdoor spaces both front and back and is very peaceful despite being so well situated. It has two large bedrooms and two big beautifully appointed bathrooms. There are shops, restaurants, amenities and the beach within easy walking distance. With private parking and lovely natural spaces to front and rear we found this accommodation ideal for our holiday in Paphos. Alexandra was super responsive, very friendly and a delightful host. We very much enjoyed our stay and would highly recommend Alexandra’s house.

The Best accommodation in Paphos. One road in from the beach, on a quiet private resident road. Secure parking for the car while we managed all our sightseeing on foot from the prime location. The house was so much more than advertised and our group of 4 had a wonderful time relaxing on the patios on either side of the house. Alexandra was a brilliant host; easy to contact and quick to respond. We took up all her restaurant recommendations, which helped with narrowing down all the options - and all were phenomenal in taste and value. My only regret is not having a longer stay. If and when we return to Paphos, we will only stay here!

We were pleasantly surprised to find that the house is even better than pictured on the site. The furnishings, fixtures, and fittings, including household items, are top quality. It’s a real home rather than a holiday let. The house itself is a joy, with its two terraces to catch the sun both morning and afternoon. There’s a handy car park opposite for hire cars. Even though the house is located just a couple of hundred metres from the main road, the garden to the rear and parkland to the front, ensure that it is very quiet. It is just a few minutes’ walk to the coastal path, which leads to the harbour area to the right and past hotels to the left. When we felt lazy, we would take the 611 bus from the main road down to the Harbour Bus Station, which is situated next to the wonderful archaeological site. What a stunning place! Photos do not reveal all the charm of the house. It is very cosy, stylish and has everything for the holliday. I mean, really everything :) We were welcomed with a bottle of local wine and fruits. As we where in Fabruary, heating system was a big plus for us. Alexandra is a wonderful host, allways responsible and helpfull with local tips.
